Kayar Infrastructures Private Limited is over in Manikonda. If you know Lalamma Garden, we’re right there in Plot Number 5. It’s on the fourth floor, Flat 4. To be honest, the stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up, but that is just how things go in these older buildings sometimes. We spend most of our time dealing with plans and materials for different projects. Hyderabad is growing so fast that there is always something to do around here. Usually, we start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot for the crews. Our office isn't fancy. It has got desks, a lot of files, and usually some maps pinned to the walls. We have been in this Puppalaguda area for a while now. Most days involve talking to contractors and checking on how much cement or steel we need for the next week. It is a lot of coordination. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or just logistics, but we just try to keep things moving along. There is always tea being made in the small kitchen area. People come in and out all day. It’s not always quiet here, especially with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the practical side of building things and making sure the paperwork is in order for the city. It is just a normal place where we work and go home.
