Kaumudi Greens Private Limited

Kaumudi Greens Private Limited is located at Villa No 157 in the Legend Chimes complex. We are right on Gandipet Road, which is pretty close to Ocean Park. It’s a bit further out from the main city center, which we actually like. It’s quieter and there is more green space around, which fits our name. We work from this villa, and it feels a lot more personal than working from a high-rise office building. We deal with real estate and land, specifically focused on greener areas. Our days are spent talking to people who want to get away from the noise of the city. We aren't a corporate machine. We are just a small group of people working from a home-like environment. We’ve been at Legend Chimes for a good while now. The area around Gandipet has been developing fast, but we still have that sense of being a bit removed from the chaos. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a bunch of slogans. We just show people what we have available and let them decide. It’s a relaxed way of doing business, but we still get everything done. Sometimes we meet clients right here at the villa, and it’s a lot more comfortable than a boardroom. We are just regular people who enjoy being near Gandipet and working in the property business. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the work every day for our customers.
