The office is basically a house that we use for work, so it has a bit of a homey feel rather than a cold office vibe. We don’t have any marketing slogans or big posters on the walls. It’s mostly just stacks of files and some samples of what we are selling. People come by to talk about their crops or to see what we have in stock. We aren't some massive company with branches everywhere. We are just here in this one spot, doing what we know. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to explain much to each other. We just handle the seeds, do the billing, and keep the place running as best as we can without making too much fuss.
