Jaya Institute Of Skill Development Llp is located over at H No 2 4 434, right on Road No. 4 in New Nagole. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but the local area knows where we are. We focus on teaching practical skills that people actually need for jobs. It’s not a big fancy campus or anything like that. Just some rooms where people can sit and learn. We spend a lot of time talking to young people who want to figure out what they’re going to do for work. Some days it’s quiet and other days the place is full of chatter. We try to keep the equipment running well so everyone has what they need to practice. New Nagole has its own charm, though the roads can get a bit messy when it rains. We’ve been set up here for a bit and the neighbors are used to seeing us. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We just come in, do the work, and help out the students who show up. Sometimes we run out of tea in the breakroom which is a bit of a disaster for us. Life at the institute is mostly about the daily grind of classes and helping folks get better at what they do. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. You can find us easily enough if you follow the numbers on Road No. 4.
