IRA MARATHA REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED

We’re IRA MARATHA REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED, and we work out of Survey No. 237 in Vattinagulapally. It’s over in the Gandipet mandal area. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the city center, which we actually like. It gives us a bit of breathing room to focus on what we’re doing. We deal with reality and land development mostly. Most of our time is spent looking at land plots and figuring out the logistics of how to use them. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s what we know how to do. The office is a basic setup. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We’re usually out on the field as much as we are in the office anyway. Dealing with land means you have to be out there seeing it for yourself. We’ve been around this part of Gandipet for a bit now. Sometimes the weather makes the roads to Vattinagulapally a bit rough, but we manage. We aren't into big promises or fancy brochures. We just talk to people and try to be clear about what’s possible. It’s a small operation, just a handful of us making sure everything runs okay. We do the work, handle the papers, and try to stay organized. That’s pretty much how we spend our weeks. It is a lot of effort but we enjoy the process.
