Ihome And Farm Developers Private is a bit of a unique setup because we focus on both homes and farm plots. Our office is in the 500074 area, and it’s a place where we do a lot of our thinking and paperwork. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters; it’s more of a local office where you can just walk in and talk to someone. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We usually have some photos of land and building sites pinned up, but that’s about as decorative as it gets. We spend a lot of time talking to people about what they want to do with their land or where they want to build their house. It’s a lot of conversation and a lot of driving out to see different spots around the outskirts of the city. We like the farm side of the business because it gets us out of the office and into the fresh air. At the end of the day, we are just a group of people helping others find a bit of space for themselves. We aren't polished or corporate. We just know the local land and we know how to handle the documents to get things moving. It’s a simple business done by local people who understand the value of a good plot of ground.
