We run Hycom Properties Llp out of Nallagandla Village. Our main spot is in Aparna Sarovar Grande, specifically Flat 1701 in Block B. It’s right near Citizens Hospitals, so it’s easy to find if you’re in that part of Hyderabad or Rangareddi. Being an LLP means we keep things pretty direct between the partners. We work on property matters around here. The 500019 area has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been here to see it happen. It’s not a traditional office building, but it works well for what we do. We spend most of our time dealing with the details of various real estate things. We don’t really go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We prefer to just talk plainly about what’s possible and what isn't. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, but that's about the only complaint we have. We're just a small group of people trying to make a living in the property market. It involves a lot of paperwork and checking on sites. We’ve been based in this part of Telangana for a bit now. We know the local streets and the way things work with the local authorities. If you come by, you’ll likely see us buried in maps or contracts. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy throughout the week. We don't use any fancy talk, we just stay focused on the properties we manage. It's just a regular local business run by regular people. We hope to be here for quite a long time to come.
