Homeseed Properties Private Limited is based at Plot-23H & 23G in Hignallagandla. We have been at this spot for a while now and have watched the whole area change. Hignallagandla used to be much quieter, but now there are new buildings everywhere you look. Our office is pretty simple and functional. We do not have any fancy decor or expensive furniture. It is just a place where we can sit down, answer emails, and look at property documents. The team here is not very large, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about local plots and houses. It is not always the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy. We do not spend money on big advertisements or fancy websites. Most people just hear about us from their friends or neighbors. We try to keep our conversations straightforward and avoid all that confusing real estate talk. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the maps and papers lying around, but we know where everything is. We like being in Hignallagandla because it still feels a bit more open than the city center. We start our day early and just work through our list of things to do. It is a very regular, local way of doing things, and we are quite comfortable with that. There is always some construction noise nearby, but that is just how it goes.
