Hitex Chits India Private Limited is situated at 8-52 in Rudra Colony, which is part of Shamshabad Village. We are located in the Rangareddy district, not too far from the main city but still with a village feel to it. Our office is where we manage the various chit fund groups for the people around here. It’s a straightforward setup. We spend our hours tracking payments and making sure the auctions go off without any trouble. A lot of the people who come to see us are our neighbors or people we see at the market. It’s not a corporate environment at all; it’s just us and the local members. We have a few desks and some cupboards full of files. Shamshabad has been growing a lot lately, but Rudra Colony still feels like a tight community. We don't spend money on big ads because most of our new members come because someone they know recommended us. We stay busy with the paperwork and the daily questions that come up. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized on the desk, but we know where everything is. It’s just how a small office works. We take pride in just doing the job and keeping things moving. People know where to find us if they need anything. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day. It is a simple life and we like it.
