HECHCI INTERIO PRIVATE LIMITED is located way up on the 7th floor of G Block in the Rajapushpa Atria complex. We are in Kokapet, which is an area that seems to have a new crane on every corner these days. Being in House no 12-1/G/703 gives us a pretty good view of all the development happening around us. The office itself is quite practical and not at all fancy. We’ve got desks pushed together and shelves full of hardware samples and paint fans that never seem to stay organized. Because we are so high up, it’s a bit quieter than being down on the street, which is nice when we’re trying to concentrate on a complicated layout or a technical drawing. We spend a lot of time going up and down the elevators, especially when we have to meet contractors downstairs or check on incoming materials. It isn't a showroom; it’s a workspace where things actually happen. There are usually empty tea cups and rolls of tape lying around near the computers. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’d rather spend our time talking about wood grains or how to fix a cabinet hinge that isn't sitting right. Kokapet is a bit of a drive for some, but we like it here because we are right where the city is growing. It’s a busy, functional place where we just get on with the job and try to avoid the rush hour traffic.
