We’ve been here at 22, Injapur for quite a while now. The area around Hayathnagar is always busy, and our gate is usually open by eight every morning. People often stop by to ask what Bioved actually does, and we just tell them we deal with the science of things growing and staying healthy. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a practical space where we keep our records and equipment. Some days it gets pretty loud with the trucks coming in and out, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a business like this. The team here is small. We mostly just focus on getting the day’s work done without too much fuss. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit difficult, especially when the rain hits Hayathnagar hard and the road gets messy, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the whole world or anything like that. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is what people need and that the bills get paid. If you walk past the Injapur stretch, you’ll see our sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun, but it’s still there. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We spend a lot of time checking batches and looking over paperwork. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we even work Sundays if there’s a lot to catch up on.
