Gridhomes Constructions Private Limited is located right at 2-76/1 in Narsingi. We’re sitting right beside the Registration Office, which makes it pretty easy for people to find us if they’re in the Gandipet Mandal area. Being next to the Registration Office means there's always a lot of activity outside our door. We spend our days dealing with all the details that go into building homes. There’s a lot of paperwork, as you can imagine, especially being so close to where all the land documents are handled. We aren't much for fancy presentations or long speeches. We just get the blueprints out and figure out how to make them work on the ground. The office is usually a bit messy with site plans and half-finished cups of tea. We have a small crew that looks after the projects and another couple of people who stay in the office to handle the phones. Narsingi has been growing fast, and we’ve seen a lot of changes from our windows. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it’s checking a foundation or ordering more cement. It’s a practical business and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We’re just here to build, and we’ve been doing it this way for quite some time now. The Gandipet Mandal area has seen so many new buildings lately. We’re glad to be a small part of that. Being right next to the registration office means we get to see everyone who's buying or selling land.
