Goldgreen Land Holdings is based out at number 260 in Mirzaguda Village. We are part of the Shankarpally Mandal in the Rangareddi district. It is a bit of a journey to get out here if you are coming from the main parts of Hyderabad. We like the space and the quiet that comes with being in a village. Our work involves a lot of land holdings, so it makes sense for us to be right where the land is. The office is very basic. It’s just a room with some tables and chairs. We don't have air conditioning that works all the time, so we leave the windows open. The breeze is nice, but it brings in a lot of dust from the road. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields looking at boundaries and checking soil. It is not a desk job in the usual sense. People from the village often stop by to say hello or to ask about what is being sold or bought. We know most of the families around here by now. We don't have any corporate policies that we talk about. We just do our business and try to be fair with everyone. The address is simple to find once you get into Mirzaguda. Just ask anyone for the land office and they will point you the right way. It is a slow and steady kind of life out here.
