Down in Pocharam Village, things move a little differently than they do in the main city. We are based at H No 1 15, which is right in the heart of the village under Ghatkesar Mandal. It’s a quiet spot compared to the noise of Hyderabad. At J M R Marketing, we don't have a lot of bells and whistles. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our books and take our calls. Sometimes you can hear the birds or the local kids playing outside while we’re trying to work. We know almost everyone on the street, and it’s common for people to just poke their heads in to say hello. We handle marketing for various things, but we do it in a very low-key way. There are no big strategy meetings here, just us figuring out what needs to go where. The commute can be a bit long if we have to go into the city, but we like being out here in Pocharam. It feels more grounded. We’ve got a couple of old desks and a computer that’s seen better days, but they get the job done. We don't see the point in overcomplicating things. If someone needs something, they know where to find us. It’s a small operation, and that’s exactly how we like it. We just keep things moving and stay busy. Sometimes we even forget to lock the gate during the day.
