Firmus Laoratories Pvt. Ltd. sits on Plot No 310 in the Aleepindustrial Area. We are out in Gajularamaram Village, which is part of the Quthbullapur area in Rangareddy. Our specific spot is on Survey Number 342. Being in an industrial zone means there is always the sound of machinery and trucks coming and going. The roads around here aren't the best, especially when it rains and everything turns into a bit of a muddy mess. Our building is a practical structure designed for work, not for looking pretty. Inside, we have our lab spaces and some office desks where we handle the administrative stuff. It’s usually quite hot because the sun beats down on the roof all day, so the air conditioning has to work overtime. We spend most of our time looking at samples or filling out reports. There isn't much to do for fun in this immediate area, so we mostly just stick to our work until it’s time to go home. We have a small area where we keep a kettle for coffee, and that’s about it for perks. The people working here are mostly locals or people who commute from the nearby suburbs. It’s a busy environment where everyone has a specific job to do. We don't spend time on fancy presentations or decorating the office space. We just make sure the lab work is done right and the orders are shipped out on time. It's a straightforward, hardworking atmosphere.
