We’re based out of the 7Hills Apartments in Kokapet. It’s a pretty high spot, being on the 19th floor of D-Block. From up here, you can see a lot of the new development happening in this part of Hyderabad. We’re right in the middle of all that infra growth. The office is basically a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It feels a bit different than a traditional office building, maybe a bit more relaxed. We handle a lot of the planning and coordination for our projects from here. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away on a laptop. Kokapet is changing fast, and we’re just one of the many companies out here trying to keep up with the pace. We don't have a fancy website or a huge marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have worked with us before. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the various sites we manage. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, and that’s about the biggest complaint we have. We’re just a group of people who know how to get things built. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep everything moving forward without getting caught up in corporate talk.
