Exemplary Property Athlete is located at Vasista Bhavan in the APHB Colony of Gachibowli. Our address covers House Numbers 9 and 10 in the HIG-A section. Being in Gachibowli means we are surrounded by all the tech growth, but the colony itself feels a bit more settled. Our office isn't one of those shiny glass cubes. It's more of a traditional space where we keep our files and meet clients. We deal with real estate in Serilingampally and the surrounding neighborhoods. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on various documents. We aren't a big firm with a massive staff. It’s just a handful of us who know the local geography. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have big meetings about goals. We just show up, see what needs to be done, and do it. The area can get pretty busy during rush hour, so we try to schedule our site visits for when things are a bit quieter.
