Our main focus is on international trade, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone and sending emails. Sometimes things get complicated with customs or shipping delays, but we just take it as it comes. We are a small team and we’ve been working together for a long time now. We know how to get things done without making a big deal out of it. The neighborhood is okay, even if the roads are a bit messy sometimes. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to run a solid business and make sure our employees are taken care of. It’s a pretty simple way to live and work. We usually eat our lunch together and catch up on things. Being in Hyderabad gives us the access we need, and we’re happy to be a part of the community here.
