Down in Narsingi, Dwellin Proptech Private Limited has its office at Plot No-156. We are right opposite Morine Bakery, which is probably the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone. That bakery is a bit of a landmark, and the smell of fresh bread often drifts over to our side of the street. It makes for a nice working environment, even if it makes us hungry all day. Our place in Narsingi is a straightforward office where we combine property work with some technology bits. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon, though. We are just trying to make the whole property process a bit easier for people using the tools we have. Narsingi is growing like crazy these days, with new apartments and shops popping up every month. We’re right in the thick of it. Most of our time is spent on computers or talking to clients about how to navigate the local market. It is a bit of a mix of old-school property visits and new-school tech work. We aren't a giant company, just a group of people who like what they do and want to stay local. Our office isn't overly decorated or anything, just a functional space where we get things done. If you are near the bakery, you are basically at our doorstep. It is a fairly simple operation we have going here.
