Doctors' Nest Constructions Anddevelopers Private Limited is based out in Shamshabad. Our office is at Hno 20-111/3, in the RB Nagar area. It’s a bit of a drive if you are coming from the main part of Hyderabad, but it’s where we do our best work. We handle both construction and development tasks from this location. The office is pretty straightforward. We have desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of project files. We don’t go in for big mission statements or marketing slogans. We just show up and see what needs to be fixed or planned for the day. Being in Shamshabad means we are close to a lot of new growth areas. We spend a lot of time driving out to sites and then coming back here to update the records. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. Sometimes we lose track of time when we are arguing over a design or a budget. It’s just how we operate. RB Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to the main roads. We aren't a polished corporate outfit. We are just a team of developers and builders who have been doing this for a while. We know the local area and we know how to get things done without making a big fuss about it. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
