Our office is located at Plot No 55-A in the Premavathipet area, near Rajendra Nagar Mandal. It is a quiet place for the most part, away from the main city noise. We have been working in development for a while now. Most mornings start with the team arriving and checking the schedule for the day. We are not some big conglomerate with hundreds of employees. It is a small group of us who know each other well. We deal with all the daily headaches that come with building things, like getting sand delivered on time or making sure the workers show up. It is honest work. You can usually find someone sitting at the desk at Plot 55-A, usually buried under some blueprints or invoices. We do not spend much money on fancy decorations for the office because we would rather be out on the field. The sun can be brutal in Rajendra Nagar during the summer months, so we do a lot of our heavy lifting in the early hours. There is always a lot of talk about projects and deadlines over lunch. We have had our share of ups and downs with different sites, but we keep moving. It is just about doing the job every day. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting. We prefer the practical stuff.
