Dasari Raghupathi Industry

Our place is located over at Plot No. 86 in Laxmiguda. It is part of the Rajendra Nagar area. We are set up on Sy. No. 46 and 47, which is a good amount of space for the kind of work we do at Dasari Raghupathi Industry. The industrial area here is always moving. There are trucks coming in and out of the lanes all day long. It gets pretty dusty, especially in the summer months when the wind picks up. We spend most of our hours managing the daily operations on the floor. It’s not the kind of job where you sit at a desk all day. We are always on our feet, checking on things and making sure the machines are running okay. The area around Laxmiguda has changed quite a bit since we first got here. There are more buildings now and more traffic on the main road. Getting to work can be a bit of a struggle sometimes if you don't leave early. We have a small shed where we keep our supplies. It isn't very organized, but we know where everything is. The neighbors on the other plots are mostly doing similar work, so we all know each other well enough to say hello. It's a busy atmosphere with a lot of noise from the neighboring industries too. We just focus on our own tasks and try to finish what we started by the end of the shift. Most days are long, but we just keep at it and hope for the best.
