Cynosure Shelters India Private Limited is based out of Plot 87/A in Shilpa Hills, which is over in the Serilingampally area of Hyderabad. It’s a decent spot, a bit away from the main noise of the city, which we appreciate. We focus on building shelters and residential spaces. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s just where we coordinate our projects and meet with the guys from the construction sites. We have a lot of samples of tiles and paint chips scattered around most of the time. It’s a bit messy, but it shows we’re actually working on things. We don’t have a marketing department or anything fancy. It’s just us trying to make sure the houses we build are solid and finished on time. Sometimes there are hiccups with the weather or getting the right materials delivered, but we do our best to stay on top of it. We’ve been in the Serilingampally area for a while and have seen it grow from almost nothing into a busy suburb. It’s interesting to be a part of that change. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build places for people to stay and try to keep the costs reasonable. It’s practical work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late in the evening most days. There isn't much more to it than that, really. We just get on with the job as it comes.
