Our base is out at Survey No. 237 in Vattinagulapally. It is part of the Gandipet Mandal area. It is a bit further out than some other places, which means it is a bit more open. The office is really just a basic structure on the land. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. There is a big table in the center where we spread out all the plans and eat our lunch together. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we have a couple of noisy fans going to keep us sane. Vattinagulapally is developing fast, so there is always something happening nearby. We spend a lot of our time out on the sites and then come back here to wrap up the day. It is a hard-working environment. No one is wearing a tie or worried about looking corporate. We are more concerned with getting the materials delivered and keeping things on track. I have been working in construction for a long time, and this setup is exactly what I need. It is honest and straightforward. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people know us because they have seen our work around Gandipet. It is just us doing our thing in this corner of the world. We like the quiet out here compared to the city center. It gives us room to think and get the work done.
