Coleus Properties Enterprise Private Limited is our company. We have our office in Flat no. 304, which is in the 3rd Block of Harivillu Apartment. We are located right on the Lanco Hills Road in Puppalaguda, Manikonda. It’s an area that has seen a lot of changes over the last few years. We are an enterprise that deals with all kinds of property matters. Being in an apartment building ourselves, we understand the local market really well. We don't have a fancy storefront or a big marketing team. We just work from our flat and handle the business as it comes. We spend our time talking to landlords, looking at new developments, and helping people find a spot in Manikonda. Puppalaguda is a busy place now, and we are right in the heart of it.
