It’s just a place where we sit down to talk about land and property. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the village area change quite a bit as more people move further out from the city. Daily life here involves a lot of checking on site boundaries and meeting with people interested in land holdings. We try to keep things relaxed. There’s no dress code or corporate speak here. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes the walk across the estate can be a bit hot in the afternoon sun, but it’s part of the job.
