Cc Communities Llp is situated out in Hayathnagar. You can find us at Plot No. 5 in the Ganesh Nagar Colony, which is over in Kuntloor. It’s a bit further out than some other places, but we like the quiet of the outskirts. The office is a simple building where we manage all our community-related projects. Hayathnagar is growing really fast these days, so there’s always something new being built nearby. We’ve got a small team here and we all pretty much do a bit of everything. Sometimes the office is empty because we are all out checking on different plots. When we are in, it’s usually to handle the legal side of things or to meet with folks about new developments. We don't have any polished corporate brochures. Most of our work comes from just being present in the area and talking to neighbors. It can get a bit lonely out here compared to the city center, but the air is a bit cleaner. We have a small yard where we park our vehicles. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of tea drinking while we look over site maps. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. It’s just us trying to make a living by building up the local community one project at a time. It’s hard work but we don't mind it. Most of us have lived in this area for a long time now.
