Bumagallas Township (Opc) Privatelimited

We’re located out at Plot No.82N/P in Tharakarama Nagar. It is over in the Tharamathipet area, near Abdullapur Mettu. It is a bit of a drive from the main city hub, but we like it here. Bumagallas Township is basically just us working on local land projects. The office isn't anything special. It’s a small space where we keep our files and meet people who are interested in the area. Most days we are actually outside. We spend a lot of time walking around the plots and checking on things. The dust in the summer can be pretty bad, so we usually have a layer of it on our shoes. We started this because we know the Hyderabad-Rangareddi stretch well and saw people needed help with township plots. It is not a fancy operation with glass walls. We use old desks and a slow computer. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just sit outside and talk to the neighbors. Tharamathipet is changing fast. More houses are going up every month. We try to keep up with the paperwork, but it’s a lot sometimes. We don't have a big team or a receptionist. Usually, if you call, one of us will pick up while we’re driving or on a site. It’s just how we do things. We’ve lived around here for years. It’s a quiet spot for now, but it won’t stay that way. We just keep working and doing our part for the community.
