Brahm Inn Kitchen Private Limited

Brahm Inn Kitchen is situated in Nirmal Nagar Colony, which is over in the Karmanghat area of Hyderabad. Our address is 8-1-59/54. It’s a residential-feeling neighborhood, which we like because it’s a bit quieter than the main city center. Our kitchen is where everything happens. We spend most of the day preparing ingredients and cooking up different dishes. It’s not a massive commercial facility; it’s more of a local setup where we can keep an eye on everything. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do every day. Sometimes we get a huge order and everyone has to jump in to help, even the folks who usually handle the books. The kitchen gets really hot when all the burners are going, so we have a couple of big fans that we keep running. We get our vegetables from the nearby markets in the morning. It’s a lot of chopping and stirring and making sure the spices are right. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel. We just want to make food that reminds people of home. The street outside is usually quiet, except when the school buses go by. We’ve been in Karmanghat for a while and we’re happy with our little spot in the colony.
