This facility is located out in Gaganpahad Village, which is part of the Rajendranagar Mandal in Ranga Reddy District. We occupy a pretty large area of land, covering several survey numbers like 250, 251, and others up to 261. It’s quite a way out from the center of Hyderabad, but that gives us the space we need for our operations. We work in the biological field, which involves a lot of technical and scientific tasks every day. The site is a mix of labs, storage, and office spaces. It can be a long commute for some of the staff, but there’s a lot of activity once everyone arrives. The village atmosphere around us is still there, even though the facility itself is quite modern and busy. We deal with things that require a lot of attention to detail. It’s not the kind of job you can rush. There are always safety protocols to follow and checks to be done. We’ve been part of this district for a long time. People around here know the site well. It’s a big operation, but at the end of the day, it’s just a group of people working together to make sure things are produced right. We don't have much time for fluff; the work is too important for that. The sun can be quite strong out here in Gaganpahad, but the buildings are designed to keep us focused. We just show up and keep the labs running.
