We have been set up in Bharat Plaza for a good while now. The shop is located on the ground floor at G3, but it covers plots 1, 2, and 3. It is a bit of a sprawling space for us. Every single morning starts the same way here in Laxmi Nagar Colony. We get the ovens going before the sun is even fully up. Manikonda gets busy really fast, so we have to move quickly to get everything ready. Flour gets everywhere, even on the chairs in the back. Sometimes the delivery guys show up late because of the Gandipet traffic, and we just have to sit and wait. We do not have any big fancy signs, just the door and the smell of the bread. It is a lot of hard work staying on top of the dough. Some days are much hotter than others, especially in the middle of summer. We know most of the people around here just by their faces. They stop by on their way to work or when they are finally headed home in the evening. It is just us doing what we do every day. The floor needs sweeping almost every hour because people track in so much dust from the road. We stay busy with all the local orders from the neighborhood. It is not some big corporate thing, just a regular spot in the colony where we try to get things right.
