Bestfintas Construction (Opc) Private Limited operates out of Kothapet. Our specific spot is at 2-97/4, Pt No -6 on the ground floor. We are right by the Muqarish service road, which makes it fairly easy for trucks and supplies to reach us. Being an OPC means it is a bit more of a personal operation, and you can see that when you walk in. The office is not very large, but it has enough space for our equipment and the desks we use for accounting. Kothapet is a really active area, and the service road is always full of movement. We have some chairs for visitors, but most of the time we are just sitting at our computers or out at a site. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a few maps of the local area. We do not use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what needs to be done and how much it will cost. It is a very down-to-earth way of working. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just use that time to grab a snack or check our physical files. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one in our own neighborhood.
