Bawadhwa Initiatives Private Limited

Our office is based in Narsinghi, specifically in Block E of Lansum Etania. We are way up in Flat No-1003. Being that high up gives us a pretty good view of the service road and the surrounding area. Bawadhwa Initiatives Private Limited is what we call ourselves, and we focus on various projects and initiatives that come our way. The building is one of those modern complexes, but our actual office space is pretty plain. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are probably too full, and a small area for making tea. Narsinghi has become quite a busy hub lately, and there’s always construction going on somewhere nearby. We spend most of our time on our computers or having quick chats about the next steps for a project. It’s not a formal environment; you might see someone working in their sneakers and a t-shirt. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the work that needs to be done that day. Sometimes the wind really howls around the corners of the building since we are so high up, which can be a bit distracting. But mostly, it’s just a quiet place where we get our tasks finished. We like the convenience of being near the service road as it makes getting in and out a lot easier for everyone who works here.
