Badri Sai Developers Private Limited is our small firm located over in Attapur. The address is 4-7-155/11/1 in the Sai Nagar area. We’ve been working out of this space for a good while now. As developers, we spend a lot of time thinking about how to use land and what kind of buildings would fit in the neighborhood. It’s not always easy work, and there are plenty of days where things don't go according to plan. But that’s just the nature of the development business. Our office is a simple place where we keep our blueprints and meet with people. We don't have any shiny marketing materials or fancy slogans. We just talk to folks like normal people. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking coffee and looking over some site drawings. We know the Attapur area really well because we live and work around here. We’ve seen how much it has changed recently. We aren't looking to become some massive empire. We just want to do good work and stay busy. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we manage to get through it eventually. We’re just a local team trying to make things happen in our corner of the city. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep plugging away at it.
