Ayra Associates (Opc) Private Limited operates out of Plot No 71&72 in Kothapet. We are situated in the Saroor Nagar area, which is a pretty lively part of the neighborhood. The office is basically a couple of rooms where we handle all our business matters. We aren’t a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller operation, which is why we chose this spot. It’s convenient for us to get to and it’s easy for people in the locality to find. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through documents. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just a desk where you can sit down and talk to us. We’ve tried to make the place comfortable enough for long working hours. There’s usually a stack of folders on the table and a few pens rolling around. We prefer it this way because it feels real. Kothapet is a good place to be because everything we need is just around the corner. We don’t spend much time on fancy branding or writing big slogans. We just focus on the work that needs to be done each day. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a solid, honest place to work from and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. Our tea breaks are usually spent looking out the window or checking on the mail.
