Athri Constructions Private Limited is located at Plot No. 118 in Platinum City. We are out in Nadergul, specifically the area behind MVSR Engineering College in Balapur, Rangareddi. It’s a bit further out from the main Hyderabad city center, which actually makes it a bit quieter for us. Platinum City is a developing area, so there is plenty of construction going on all around. We fit right in. Our office is where we handle all the construction details and keep our records. Being near the engineering college is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We spend a lot of our time going over site plans and managing the crew. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't have a fancy corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is around just picks up the phone or answers the door. Balapur has changed a lot in the last few years, and we’ve seen a lot of new plots being developed. Our work at Athri is just about getting the buildings up and making sure the sites are running right. We have our hands full most days. The 501510 pin code area is growing, and we are just happy to be part of the local business community here. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of our project lists. It’s hard work but we just keep at it and get things done.
