Over at Sy No 35 in Judges Colony Phase-1, you’ll find Ashoka Continental Foods India Private Limited. This is in the Mansurabad area of Vanasthalipuram. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, which is nice for working. We deal with all sorts of food products, mostly focused on continental stuff that you don't always find in every local shop. Our space is basically a warehouse and a small processing area where we pack things up. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving boxes around and making sure the labels are on straight. The guys who work here are mostly from around Vanasthalipuram, so we all know each other well. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls; it’s more about concrete floors and sturdy tables. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to load the trucks because the ground gets a bit muddy near the entrance. We just put down some planks and keep going. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the ingredients we get from our suppliers because if they aren't right, nothing else works. We don't use any big marketing words to describe what we do. We just come in, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a practical way to run a business and it seems to work for us today.
