Arka Techno Constuctons Private Limited is tucked away in Plot.No.06 over in Air Colony. We are part of the Karmanghat neighborhood. It’s a decent area, a bit quieter than the main city center but still plenty busy. We spend our days dealing with construction projects around here. Building things is complicated work and there is always something that goes wrong with the schedule or the deliveries. We just try to fix things as they happen. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings. There’s a lot of technical stuff involved in what we do, hence the name, but at the end of the day, it’s just about putting bricks and steel together correctly. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s hard work, often under the sun, and we’ve got a small team that’s been together for a while. Karmanghat is a good base for us because we can get to different parts of the city without too much trouble. We see a lot of new houses and buildings going up around Air Colony. It feels good to be part of that growth, even if it’s just one site at a time. We don't have a fancy website or anything, just our spot here and our reputation with the locals.
