We are based in Hallmark Palm Breez, which is over in Shiridi Sai Nagar. Our office is Flat Number 510 on the 5th floor. It’s a pretty good spot in Hyderabad, and being on the higher floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area. Anuktha Developers Private Limited is a company we started to handle various residential projects. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to do a good job on the buildings we take on. The office is where we do all the planning and meet with the architects. It’s often filled with rolls of drawings and stacks of files because there is always something to check on. Shiridi Sai Nagar is a developing area, so it feels right to be located here while we work on our own projects. We have a small staff who looks after the sales and the site management. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the office when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just how it goes. We don't really go for fancy brochures or corporate talk. We prefer to just talk to people like normal and explain what we are building. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we stay late to get everything finished. We just want to make sure the houses we build are solid and that the people who buy them are happy.
