H.No.26-6 in Chanakyapuri is where we run things. Safilguda is a decent area, mostly residential, so we try not to make too much of a racket. We handle a bit of everything here, acting as a small supply point for various goods. It’s a family-run kind of thing. My desk is usually covered in old receipts and a half-empty cup of tea. We don’t have a big warehouse, just a few rooms where we keep our stock piled up. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a new shipment comes in. Malkajgiri has changed a lot over the years, getting more crowded, but our street has stayed mostly the same. Customers are usually neighbors or people from just a few blocks away. They know they can just knock on the door even if the shutters are half-down. I haven't got a plan for world dominance or anything. We just try to have what people need so they don't have to trek all the way to the main market. Sometimes we make mistakes with the billing and have to fix it the next day, but people are generally patient. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know most of our regulars by name and we know what they usually buy. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just do our bit and keep the business ticking along month to month. It is a simple way to spend the day.
