We’ve been here for a while and have a routine that works for us. The office can get a little crowded when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We don't go in for big corporate speeches or fancy mission statements. We just focus on the buildings we are working on and making sure the supplies arrive on time. It's a lot of practical, everyday work. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a critical stage. We just take things as they come and try to keep everything moving forward.
