We are located over in the Kattedan Industrial Park area at Plot No. 58/B/2. It is usually quite busy around here with all the trucks moving in and out of the park all day. Most mornings start pretty early for us because the ovens need plenty of time to get to the right temperature before any real work happens. If you walk by our place in Hyderabad, you can usually smell the flour and the yeast from the street. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit now. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. It is just a workspace where we get things done every day. Sometimes the heat from the machinery makes the whole floor feel a bit heavy, especially during the summer months in Telangana. We just keep our heads down and focus on the batches we have to finish for the day. There is always something to clean or a machine that needs a little bit of looking after. We don't really have a big team or a lot of people sitting at desks. It is more about the hands-on stuff in the back. People around Kattedan know us as just another local business trying to stay on top of things. We just try to make sure everything is sorted before the sun goes down and the next shift starts thinking about what comes tomorrow. It is a simple life and a simple way of working here.
