It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure everything is in its place. We aren't a big shop with a storefront. We do the work behind the scenes. We started this company because we wanted to be our own bosses. It’s been a learning curve for sure. We don't have a polished story about why we do this. We just needed a job and liked the food industry, so we made one for ourselves. Our office has a view of the colony, which is nice when we need a break from the computer. We handle orders, talk to vendors, and try to grow slowly. It’s just a small group of people trying to make a living. We don't use marketing tricks or fancy buzzwords.
