Our office for A.K.M.V Properties Private Limited is located at H.No. 11-405 in Manikonda. We are right in the Gachibowli area of Hyderabad, which is a place that never seems to stop growing. Because we deal with properties, we spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to people about where they want to live or work. It’s a fast-paced environment and our office is usually a hub of activity with people coming in and out all day. We aren't big on formal meetings or long presentations. We’d rather just walk the property with you and show you how things are. We handle the paperwork and the legal bits that come with real estate, which can be a real headache, but we’ve got a handle on it after all these years. The team here is quite small, so we all know our clients personally. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website because most people just hear about us from their friends or family. It’s a very grounded business. We just try to be helpful and give people the facts about the properties we have available. Manikonda has changed a lot since we started, and it’s been interesting to be a part of that change from our little office on the hill. We just keep doing our thing every day and try to stay organized through all the chaos.
