Our facility is located in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, which is part of Moosapet in the Kukatpally area. We occupy the first floor of the building at Plot No 30 and 31. It’s a fairly large space because of the nature of pharma and bioscience work. We have to keep everything very tidy and organized, which takes up a lot of our time. The labs are filled with various pieces of equipment and glass containers. It’s a bit of a maze with all the different rooms for testing and storage. Being in Rangareddy District, we are right in the middle of a lot of other commercial activity. The commute can be a bit of a drag, but once we’re inside, we are pretty much in our own world. There’s a lot of record-keeping involved, so there are stacks of folders and logs everywhere. We wear lab coats and follow specific routines to make sure everything stays clean. It’s not a noisy place, unlike a factory; it’s more about quiet concentration and careful movements. We have a small break room where we eat lunch and talk about things other than science. Sometimes the work is slow and meticulous, and other times it feels like there isn't enough time in the day. We’ve been at this location for a while and have grown used to the quirks of the building and the local neighborhood. It's just a regular group of people doing technical work. We try to keep things running smooth.
