We are located over in Vivekananda Nagar, right in the Narsingi area. If you know Gandipet Mandal, you probably know where this is. A99 Realty Services Private Limited has been sitting here for a bit now. It is just a small place at 2-77/6. Mostly, we just spend our days dealing with the usual property stuff that comes up in Rangareddy. Sometimes the power goes out or it gets really dusty outside with all the construction happening nearby, but we stay busy. People come in to ask questions about land or just to see what is available in the Telangana region. It isn't a fancy setup. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of files piled up. Our address is easy to find if you are coming from the main road. The weather here can be a bit much in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. We handle things as they come. It’s not about being the biggest office, just about doing the work that needs doing every day. We’ve seen Narsingi change quite a lot lately with all the new buildings going up everywhere you look. It’s a busy part of town. We are just part of the local scene here, trying to keep track of everything happening in the real estate world around this side of the city. We drink a lot of tea and talk to neighbors who drop by to see how things are going.
