22 Holdings Llp is located over in Chandanagar. We have offices 305 and 306 in the Dollfine Kkr Towers. It’s a decent building right in the 500050 area. We’ve been here in the Hyderabad-Rangareddi region for some time now. As an LLP, we keep the management pretty simple and flat. There aren't many layers to get through if you need to talk to someone. We deal with various holdings and business interests. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoons. Most days we are just here at our desks, handling the usual business tasks. It’s not a flashy lifestyle at all. We drink a lot of tea and look at spreadsheets. Chandanagar is a busy place, so there's always something going on outside the window. We don’t have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff on the walls. We just try to keep the business running smoothly and stay on top of our investments. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it eventually. We chose Dollfine Kkr Towers because it’s a central spot for us. It’s easy to get to from different parts of the city. We’re just regular folks doing a job. We don't see the point in making things sound more complicated than they are. We stay focused on what’s right in front of us. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We've been here for a while and it suits our needs perfectly.
