We’ve been at this location for a while now, and it’s a typical local street with families and small shops all around. Xpress Yuwa Rural Help Foundation is basically just a few of us working out of this house. It’s not a fancy office complex, just a regular building where we can sit down and get things done. D.M. Road can get a bit congested during the peak hours, so we usually try to get in early. Our day-to-day is mostly about keeping track of our projects and making sure we don't fall behind on the paperwork. We use simple English and don't try to sound like we're something we aren't. We're just a group of people from the area who wanted to have a home base for our foundation. Sometimes the power goes out, so we have to wait a bit to get back to the computers, but that’s just how it is here. We have a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets that hold everything we need. It’s a practical setup. People in the neighborhood know where Gali Number 1 is, so we’re not hard to find. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever the day brings to our doorstep.
