Our team stays busy at Nripendra Villa, which is tucked away near Bank Colony in the Kokar area. If you’re familiar with Ranchi, you know this part of town gets quite a bit of traffic during the day. We’ve been operating Vijeta Projects & Infrastructures Limited from this spot for a while. It’s a decent place to work from, even if finding a parking spot near the villa can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We handle various building projects and local infrastructure tasks. Most of our mornings start with coffee and a look at the schedules to see where the trucks need to go. We aren't a huge corporate office with hundreds of people in suits. Instead, it’s just us wearing practical clothes and getting mud on our boots when we visit the sites. Things don't always go perfectly to plan, as is the way with any construction work, but we deal with the problems as they pop up. Ranchi has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned to work with the local pace. We don't put out a lot of brochures. Most people find out about us just by seeing our signs at different work zones around the city. It's honest work that keeps the lights on. We just focus on getting the concrete poured and the structures up so we can move on to the next one without much fuss. It keeps us occupied and out of trouble.
