Our factory is located at plots 54 and 55 in the Tupudana Industrial Area in Hatia, Ranchi. It’s a typical industrial spot with lots of smoke and the sound of heavy machinery in the distance. We’ve been here for quite some time now, focusing on enamel work. If you’ve ever been to this part of Ranchi, you know it’s all about production and hard work. The building itself is a bit worn down from the heat of the processes we use, but it gets the job done. We have a group of workers who have been with us for years, and they know the machines better than anyone. It’s not a clean or quiet environment. There’s always the smell of coatings and the sound of metal being moved around. We don't have a fancy front office; we mostly just have a small desk where we keep the ledgers and the logs. Most of our days are spent checking the temperatures of the ovens and making sure the coatings are sticking right. We aren't a huge corporation with lots of layers. If there’s a problem, we just go out to the floor and fix it ourselves. It’s tough work, especially in the summer months when Ranchi gets really hot. But we’ve built a life out here in Tupudana, and we plan to stay for as long as people need enamel coating work done on their products.
